How often should you change water in a 5 gallon tank?

i have 2 Koi, 2 Goldfish & 2 guppies in a 5 Gallon Tank, how often do i need to change the water and what percentage of water do i change? i have a filter under the rocks and no plants.

This is my first time having fish, is this enough room for them?
