Can I return my MALE BETTA FISH at petsmart?

I bought a Male Betta fish, and it costs 4 dollars, and i bought him BETTA FISH FOOD, HE NEVER ATE ANY OF IT…

the next day he looked like he was dead but he was not, its like his fin broke and he has, something i heard from people "Swim Bladder Disease" ???

Can i return this fish thats alive but his fins broken, looks like he's gonna die.

If i return it, do i get money back or i get a new betta fish?
