How do i feed my one dwarf pea puffer frozen bloodworms without the other fish eating it?

Frozen bloodworms is the only food my puffer eats. I've tried frozen brine shrimp, flakes, and my shrimp mix for discus but it wont eat those. I don't want the other fish to eat the bloodworms because I've read that you're not supposed to feed them bloodworms every day.

Even though I feed the other fish first (and i see their bellies are already full) they still get the bloodworms before the puffer does cuz he's slow. I've also tried putting the bloodworms in a feeder cone but the puffer doesn't even go to it, but the discus do.

Please help, i dont want my puffer to starve!
i got 10 rummy-nose tetra and 5 midsize discus
